WORA Competitive Contract
When registering for WORA U14/U16/U19 tryouts, prior to paying, the competitive commitment contract is to be read and signed.

WORA Tryout & Jerseys Fees
Tryout fees are $TBD. If you require a set of WORA tryout jerseys, they can be purchased for $TBD during registration. The WORA jerseys are mandatory for tryouts.
Tryout fees must be paid 24 hours in advance of the first session.
If paying your fees using e-transfer, please include the player’s name and level in the comments.
Conditioning Sessions
The conditioning sessions will be offered to players trying out for U14 and U16 A/AA on April 19th, 2026. There is no additional cost for conditioning. Condition is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended prior to tryouts.
14/16 AA tryouts will be held from April 20th to April 27th, 2026 & 14/16 A tryouts will be held from April 28th to May 5th, 2026. U19 tryouts to be announced at a later date.

Additionally, you can find a diagram of the drills that may be used during the first two tryout sessions here. These drills will also be practiced during the optional conditioning session.
How to prepare for Tryouts
CORA put together a great video for players and goalies on how to get ready for tryouts. WORA takes a very similar approach during tryouts, so we suggest that all players watch the video.
