West Ottawa Ringette Association is hosting a FREE Come Try Ringette event!
Sunday, September 3, 2023 - Bell Sensplex, Milk Up Arena (1565 Maple Grove Rd, Kanata)
- Session 1 - 10:15-11:15 am
- Players (4-9 yrs of age)
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to start time
- Exhibition game - 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
- Teams TBD (it's a surprise!)
- Session 2 - 12:15-1:15 pm
- Goalies (all ages), Players (10+ yrs)
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to start time
Participants only need a CSA-certified helmet (with cage, if goalie; no bicycle helmets), skates, and protective/winter gloves.
We will supply the goalie equipment, sticks, and rings [and tons of FUN]!
There will be two 1-hour on-ice sessions where experienced coaches and players will engage the children in introductory ringette drills and on-ice games. Join us afterwards for more FUN and information about the fastest game on ice!
