Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the West Ottawa Ringette Association invites all of our members to attend the virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for:

Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 7:30 pm

The AGM will again be held this year via Zoom.

Who can attend? Any parent and/or guardian of a player(s) that was registered and played for WORA during the 2022/23 season. Each family represents ONE allowed vote at the AGM.

Members are asked to pre-register for the event, using the Google form below, as the meeting link will not be shared publicly.

Only ONE member per family is allowed to register, as there can only be one voting member per family. If non-voting members would also like to join the meeting, there will be a dial-in number provided to listen in on the AGM. Non-voting members must also pre-register using the Google form, and indicate that they are non-voting members.

Meeting details, including Zoom, info will be sent to you prior to the AGM.

The deadline to reserve your spot to attend and vote is Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 4:00 pm - after which no further reservations to attend or vote will be taken.
