Proof of Vaccination and Screening
• Spectators 12 years of age and older are required to show proof of identification and of being fully
vaccinated against COVID-19.
o Proof of vaccination will not be required for players, coaches, and game officials.
• Players, coaches, spectators, and game officials are required to show proof of the successful
completion of the City of Oshawa online COVID-19 screening at www.oshawa.ca/screening prior
to entering the facility.
NOTE: Team Managers are expected to ensure all spectators for their team have government issued
photo I.D., proof of vaccination and proof of screening available at time of entry.
Entry and Exit Protocols
• Delpark Homes Centre: All players, coaches, spectators, and game officials are required to
enter through the North entrance and exit through the designated location for each arena.
• Harman Park Arena: All players, coaches, spectators and game officials are required to enter
and exit the facility through the main entrance.
• All players, coaches, spectators, and game officials are required to line-up in the designated area
and wait for staff to allow entry to the facility.
• All players, coaches, spectators, and game officials are required to wear a mask/ face covering
while in line outside and at all times inside the facility.
o Players and game officials may remove their face covering before entering the ice
surface. Masks/face covering must be worn immediately following the conclusion of the
game

• Players and Coaches are required to enter the facility at the same time, no earlier than 30
minutes prior to the start of the scheduled game time.
o Players must remain in the change room until their game begins
o Coaches must remain near the change room until their game begins
• Spectators cannot enter the facility until all spectators from the previous game have exited the
facility.
o A maximum of two spectators per player are allowed to enter the facility.
• Coaches are require to ensure all team members exit the facility within 15 minutes of the
conclusion of the game.
• Spectators are required to exit the facility immediate upon the conclusion of the game.
Additional Requirements
• Lobby areas are to remain clear.
o Designated spectator areas are inside the arenas with limited additional space.
• Warmups are not permitted inside of the facility.
• Food/drink is not permitted in the facility.
• No in and out privileges.
• Players, coaches and spectators must remain in their assigned arena. For example, a spectator
cannot go back and forth between arenas to watch more than one athlete at a time. Once a
spectator enters an arena, they are required to remain in that arena until they exit the facility.
